As mine manager for Rio Tinto Minerals' Penhorwood mine and concentrator (ISO 9001-quality-certified), near Timmins, Ont., Mr. Tyler oversaw the implementation of its ISO 14000 environmental certification (the second mining operation in Ontario to have achieved such status), as well as a complete plant modernization and a nearly three-fold increase in production. Additionally, Mr. Tyler implemented an ISO 18000 compliant safety system with zero lost-time injuries incurred during his tenure. Mr. Tyler's record demonstrates his strong commitment to the environment and safety while at the same time optimizing business objectives.

Mr. Keast began his career as an exploration geologist on grassroots and advanced-stage gold-copper-zinc projects in Northern Ontario and the prolific Flin Flon/Snow Lake belt in Northern Manitoba. In 2001, Mr. Keast conducted the first season of exploration for Canadian Royalties on the Ungava project in Northern Quebec, leading to the discovery of the TK nickel-copper sulphide deposit. Over a five-year period, Mr. Keast conducted and directed the exploration program on the Ungava projects for Canadian Royalties as the project geologist/project manager leading to the discovery and delineation of five nickel-copper sulphide deposits and the reinterpretation of one existing deposit. Over a five year period the project evolved from a grass roots 12 person 1,000m drill program, into an advanced stage five drill 30,000m program with ongoing resource estimates on five deposits, a 35 tonne bulk sample, road construction, environmental and engineering studies, managing a 75 person construction/exploration crew. Mr. Keast is currently in charge of the exploration efforts for Canadian Arrow.

Mr. Macdonald brings over fifteen years of experience in the mining industry having worked in both open pit and underground environments, including the Campbell Mine in Red Lake and Dome Mine in Timmins respectively. Mr. Macdonald has also spent a number of years working in the oil sands projects in Fort McMurray, Alberta where he led continuous improvement teams in the mining group for Suncor Energy Inc., a leader in the oil sands industry. Among his responsibilities were to oversee large scale construction projects and supervise mine operations. Most recently he oversaw the bankable feasibility studies for Fortune Minerals Limited including the $275 million Mount Klappan anthracite coal project in northwest British Columbia, and the $215 million NICO gold-cobalt-bismuth project in the Northwest Territories. Mr. Macdonald obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Laurentian University and subsequently earned his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

He has more than 35 years experience in the financial services sector; including significant expertise in raising debt, equity and project finance in Canadian and U.S. Capital Markets.Mr. Thompson most recently served as Senior Vice President Corporate Development of NCE Resources Group/Sentry Select Capital Corp. He participated in the growth of the companies' Oil and Gas and Pipeline Assets from C$450 million in 2001 to over C$4 billion in 2006. He also served as President and COO of Strategic Energy Management Corporation. Strategic Energy invested in Private and Public, early-stage Oil and Gas companies. During his term as President, the fund grew from C$20 million to C$280 million. Prior to NCE Resources, he was VP Corporate Development for Newcourt Credit Group and a Director of the Public Sector Finance Group of Newcourt Capital, a structured finance company (Newcourt was purchased by C. I. T. in 2000). Mr. Thompson also spent 20 years with the Bank of Montreal. At the time of his departure he was Vice President, Toronto Region.

Prior to his tenure at Nevada Pacific Gold, he was President of Pan American Silver's Mexican operations, in charge of expanding the La Colorada underground silver mine in Zacatecas. He was also VP, Operations from 2001 to 2003 of Corner Bay Silver Inc. prior that company's sale to Pan American Silver Inc. where Mr. Faust was in charge of developing a new open pit silver mine in Sonora, Mexico. As VP Operations of Eldorado Gold Corporation from 1997 to 2001, Mr. Faust was in charge of two operating mines in Mexico and Brazil, with over 700 employees and 14 contractors with 250 employees producing 180,000 ounces of gold annually. He was also involved in project evaluations and feasibility studies at Eldorado Gold. Previously Mr. Faust worked as Manager of Engineering for Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation in project evaluation and development roles, after serving as Mine Manager at the Twin Creeks Mine in Nevada. Prior to that, he worked for Gold Fields Mining Company as Mine Operations Manager at the Chimney Creek Mine in Nevada, where he joined the project at the feasibility study stage as Chief Engineer, and saw the mine through construction and commissioning. Mr. Faust is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico, and holds an MBA Finance, Management from Western New Mexico University, a BS, Mining Engineering from New Mexico Tech, and a BS, Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico, and is fluent in Spanish.

Tim Termuende is a professional geologist with over 25 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. Tim was one of the founders of the company, and has been actively involved since its inception in 1992. Since earning his degree in Geological Sciences at the University of British Columbia in 1987, Tim has worked on exploration projects throughout North, Central, and South America, and has inspected mineral deposits in the former Soviet Union. Tim has been continuously active in mineral exploration throughout western Canada since 1976, and currently oversees a broad range of ongoing exploration projects located throughout British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.

Charles C. (Chuck ) Downie has over 20 years experience in mineral exploration and mining. He is a graduate of The University of Alberta (B.Sc 1988). Mr. Downie worked for Cominco Ltd. both pre and post graduation where he was involved with grassroots exploration, property evaluation, mine development and mine production at various exploration projects throughout Western Canada including Pine Point, Polaris, Snip and Sullivan. After leaving Cominco in 1993, Mr. Downie worked as a geological consultant throughout North, Central, and South America with a wide range of projects including copper gold porphyry, shear hosted gold, sedimentary exhalitive, and Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide. Mr. Downie has been associated with Eagle Plains Resources since 1993 and brings extensive project management experience related to property evaluation. Mr. Downie is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and has been the Exploration Manager for Eagle Plains Resources since 1999.

David Johnston graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1963 with a degree in mining engineering. From 1973 - 1980 Mr. Johnston held the position of manager of operations at the Fording River coal mine. From 1982 – 1989 he was vice president and general manager for Cominco Ltd.’s northern operations group overseeing three operating mines in the Canadian arctic and sub-arctic. During 1990 to 1995, he served as vice president mine operations of Cominco Metals overseeing the Polaris and Magmont underground operations. During his tenure as vice president of mine operations he was responsible for assembling the project and production team that brought the Snip gold mine into production. From 1995 to 1999 Mr. Johnston was president and general manager of Highland Valley Copper Corporation, North America's third largest open pit copper mine.

Ron Netolitzky holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Alberta and an MSc degree from the University of Calgary, both in geological sciences. He is an officer and director of a number of public mining companies currently involved in mineral exploration activity in Western Canada and Argentina. He was previously chairman of Viceroy Resource Corporation and has served formerly as its president. He is also the former chair of both Loki Gold corporation and Baja Gold. Ron continued as a director of Quest Capital since its merger through a plan of arrangement with Viceroy Resource. He is currently President and CEO of Viceroy Exploration Ltd.

Earl Price joined Eldorado in March 1997 and held the positions of Senior Operations Controller and Vice President, Finance before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2003. Earl holds a MBA from Idaho State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 32 years of financial and management experience. Prior to joining Eldorado, he worked internationally with British Petroleum and RTZ, and was Vice President and Controller for SNC-Lavalin Group.

Norm Pitcher rejoined Eldorado in November 2003 as Manager Evaluations and held position of Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Development before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2006. Norm had previously been with Eldorado as Manager Resource Development in 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona and has more than 27 years of experience with Pan American Silver, H.A. Simons, Ivanhoe Gold and Pioneer Metals.

Mr. Musil has more than 30 years of management and financial consulting experience and has served as an officer and director on numerous public companies since 1988. This experience has resulted in his overseeing the financial aspects and expenditures on exploration projects in Peru, Chile, Eastern Europe (Slovak Republic), and British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick (Canada). Prior to this, he was employed for 15 years with Dickenson Mines Ltd. and Kam-Kotia Mines Ltd. as a Controller for the producing silver/lead/zinc mine in the interior of British Columbia Canada. Mr. Musil currently serves as an Officer/Director on several TSX Venture Exchange public companies.

He is experienced in all levels of exploration and development including mine and mill design, mine construction and operations. He has held positions as Chief Mine Geologist and Mine Superintendent at Cochenour Gold Mine during the 1950's and early 1960's, and as Mine Manager at Surluga/Pango Gold Mine in Wawa Ontario in the 1970's. Mr. Kuryliw has consulted for the Ontario and Canadian governments as well as for numerous Mining companies in North America, South America and Europe. He has been featured in the Canadian media and in 1988 published a theoretical paper with the Northern Miner Magazine.
